Refund & Cancellation Policy Prior to accepting your booking we will send you a quotation for the dates and services you require. Please check your quotation carefully for any specific requirements for individual properties. Where no specific requirements are quoted our general terms below will apply: For accommodation bookings between 20th December and 5th January annually, deposits or payments in full are non-refundable. For all other dates deposits and payments in full are refundable for cancellations made prior to 28 days before scheduled arrival date. When making any refund we will retain GBP 25.00 to cover our administration and banking costs. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the accommodation you have booked we will offer you either alternative accommodation or, if this is not acceptable to you, a full refund of all monies paid. Please also note: At the absolute discretion of the accommodation owner/manager refunds of monies paid may be made for any dates if alternative renters for the cancelled dates are found. |
